Information you provide
The service form collects your name, phone number, ZIP code, selected service, optional message, and the page from which you submit. The server adds a request identifier and timestamp. Please do not include payment details, access codes, or other sensitive information in your message.
How requests are handled
Submissions are currently recorded in server logs for review and testing of the service request workflow. Automated email delivery, CRM routing, and contractor forwarding are not currently configured. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or guarantee a response. Hosting and technical information
The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect the website. Log availability and retention depend on the hosting configuration. We use Umami Cloud analytics to understand page visits, lead form starts and completion, submission outcomes, and clicks on phone links. Analytics event properties include the page path, form location, or call-button location. We do not include your name, phone number, ZIP code, or message in analytics events. Pageview analytics can include page URLs, referrers, and browser information.
Access and retention
Submitted details should be accessible only to the site operator and authorized hosting personnel through restricted logs. This website does not offer a public list of submissions. For questions about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, call 858-463-4522. Requests can be reviewed against records still available under the hosting provider’s retention settings.
Phone calls and external links
Phone links open your device’s calling application. This website does not itself record calls. External reference websites have their own privacy practices. The policy will need to be updated when email, CRM, or additional lead delivery services are enabled.
